1.Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in chemistry, chemical engineering, biology, materials science, or related fields.
2.Minimum 8 years of experience in chemical distribution at an equivalent seniority level, including at least 5 years in sales management. Experience managing 100+ member teams is preferred.
3.Extensive upstream/downstream resources and industry connections in chemical distribution, with deep expertise in market dynamics, business models, downstream applications, and talent mapping. Prior experience leading M&A projects to successful completion is preferred.
4.Decisive leadership with proven ability to develop suppliers and secure major clients/projects. Strong budgeting and forecasting skills, exceptional negotiation capabilities, and a track record of successful project execution.
